Identity: The brief was to create a logo that was approachable and friendly - hence a feminine illustrative style was used.

Stationery: A stripey backdrop was used to resemble wallpaper in a changing room whilst the illustrative cues from the logo were elaborated.

Illustration: Instead of using photography on the website which would have been too specific and date quickly, illustrations were developed in keeping with the logo style to give a sense of fun to the image makeover which could otherwise seem to appear a rather daunting experience.
